Rowley Police share videos from fellow officers on #WhyWeServe

Chief Scott A. Dumas and the Rowley Police Department wish to share the following videos from the Massachusetts Chiefs of Police Association on #WhyWeServe. 

Marshfield Chief of Police, Phil Tavares, who tragically lost his father after an encounter with the police, shares his story on why he chose to become a police officer and how he honors his father by creating positive changes in the force.

This video features members of the Everett Police Department who share personal anecdotes on why they chose to pursue a career in law enforcement and what the job means to them: 

Officer Michelle Palladini recounts her experience as a school resource officer in Norfolk, working closely with students:
